Toppilansalmi Satamatie 37 has a total of 66 comfortable rental apartments. There are housing options for singles, couples and larger families. The smallest apartment is 31.5 m² in size and the largest is 90.0 m².

The maritime environment has wonderful outdoor activities and good basic services. In the area of Toppila, there are e.g. grocery stores, kindergarten, schools, youth center and various hobby opportunities. The services of Hietasaari are also nearby. In the area, special attention has been paid to light traffic routes. The approximately 3.5 kilometer distance to the center is a quick bike ride in beautiful scenery, and the university and university of applied sciences are also within cycling distance.

Satamatie 37 comprises two 5-6-storey apartment buildings. The basement floor of the A-staircase has apartment-specific movable storage, a house laundry, a drying room and a house sauna. The common basement floor of stairs B and C has apartment-specific movable storage, a drying room and a club room. Outdoor equipment stores are located on the B and C side of the stairs in the basement and on the 1st floor. There is a bicycle shed on the side of the courtyard. The site’s parking spaces are located underground in the common garage of the block, from which there is access to the basement floors of the houses.

The form of heating is district heating. The apartments have water-circulating radiator heating and water-circulating floor heating in damp rooms. The ventilation is provided by an apartment-specific inlet and outlet ventilation device equipped with heat recovery (electrically heated heating system), the machine is connected to the apartment’s electricity meter. The apartments have water meters and the water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption.

The property has cable TV and the apartments are equipped with door phones. The windows have blinds. Some of the apartments have their own sauna, others can book a sauna shift from the house sauna if they wish. The apartments have either glazed balconies or a French balcony with a glass railing. The interior walls of the apartments are painted and the floors are brown oak laminate. The walls of the bathrooms are tiled with white tiles and the floors with gray tiles.

The object is non-smoking.

The residential floors 3-5 of the A-staircase are identical in terms of apartment types, and floors 1, 2 and 6 have different layouts. The apartments on the first floor have their own yard and terrace. The A8 triangle on the second floor has two balconies.

The outdoor equipment warehouse is located on the 1st floor of B-stairs. Floors 3-4 are identical in apartment type, and floors 1, 2 and 5 have different layouts. Apartment B36 on the first floor has its own yard and terrace. Apartment B40 on the second floor has two balconies.

The outdoor equipment warehouse is located on the 1st floor of the C staircase. Residential floors 2-4. are identical in apartment type.

It is an arava and interest subsidy apartment, in the selection of tenants we follow the tenant selection criteria set by the Government. Getting an apartment is affected by e.g. housing needs, wealth and income of the applicant community.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
