The Kuninkaantamme area is being built in northwest Helsinki near Keskuspuisto and Vantaanjoki, on the north side of the small house area of Hakuninmaa. Kuninkaantammi has been built into an ecological and cozy district that is both urban and close to nature.

Taidemaalarinkatu 1 housing rights houses have been built in a good and visible place in the central block of Kuninkaantamme. The color scheme of the colorful houses was inspired by fine art, as was the nomenclature of the area.

Taidemaalarinkatu 1 is a 4-story apartment building and a two-story townhouse with 67 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are many different floor plans to choose from, and everyone will definitely find something they like. The maximum depth of the pool is approx. 1.8–2.0 meters and it has been filled with lake water coming from the Päijännetunnel. At Palettilammi, you can easily cool off on lovely summer days.

Kuninkaantammi is an Energy-wise district whose residential buildings are energy-efficient and use renewable energy. In stormwater management, natural delay methods are preferred.
