This right-of-occupancy apartment has the option of renting out when there are no right-of-occupancy applicants. If you rent this right-of-occupancy apartment, the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term for a maximum of two years. Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with a three-month notice period. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment after the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended. The rent for the apartment is €1,008.20/month, and we also charge a security deposit of two months’ rent.

For right-of-occupancy agreements starting no later than 30.1.2026, the security deposit is only €250. There are a total of 33 apartments at Laukaantie 21. The residential building is located on the site of the former Siwa and the site’s parking is in the area of the former market square. The sizes of the apartments vary from a 43 m² two-room apartment without a sauna to a 70.5 m² three-room apartment with a sauna. On Laukaantie, all services are within close proximity, yet the location is still peaceful.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
