Right-of-occupancy apartments were completed in January 2023 in the new residential area in the immediate vicinity of the travel center and the city center. Jaksonkatu 1 and 7 consist of two buildings with a total of 109 apartments. Jaksonkatu 1 has 62 apartments and Jaksonkatu 7 has 47. The site has two- and three-room apartments of various sizes, as well as four-room apartments. Residents have access to good communal facilities: a laundry and drying room, as well as a multi-purpose room.

Transport connections are good in any direction: you can get around on foot, by bike, by car or by public transport. Buses to every district pass through the travel center, i.e. right next to the houses. The Laune supermarket area is a few kilometers away and the city center is less than a ten-minute walk away. In the center of Lahti, you can find grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, as well as the Trio shopping center with its services. In the immediate vicinity of the tenancy rights houses, there are two small grocery stores just a few minutes’ walk away. It is also not a long distance from the area to, for example, the Sports Center or the lake scenery of the harbor. There are therefore sports opportunities nearby for almost every sport. The city center offers a wide selection of different sports services, such as ball sports halls, artificial turf or sand fields, and gyms.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
