Right-of-occupancy and rental apartments in the new Finnoo area

New apartments have been completed in the Finnoo area of Espoo in early 2024. The Peijinkatu 1 B and C buildings have a total of 89 right-of-occupancy apartments, and the Peijinkatu 1 A building has 49 rental apartments.

Residents have access to a variety of common areas, such as sauna areas and a club room, a laundry room and drying rooms, as well as outdoor equipment and stroller storage. There is storage space for bicycles in the outdoor equipment storage rooms. Each apartment also has its own storage room for personal belongings. There is a play and lounge area in the courtyard. There are spaces for cars in the yard and in the heated garage on the first floor.

The developing ecological district of Finnoo is located near good transport connections

When completed, the maritime-inspired Finnoo area will be a district of 17,000 residents, with tall buildings creating a distinctive milieu. Finnoo is being built in an energy-efficient manner and the district aims to be a pioneer in sustainable urban construction.

The transport connections from the area are excellent, as it only takes a few minutes to drive to Länsiväylä and you can conveniently travel by metro from the nearby metro station. Finnoo is also investing in smooth cycling connections and green bike paths.

The area will have comprehensive services, and two comprehensive schools and several daycare centers are planned to make everyday life easier for families with children. The services in the Matinkylä, Espoonlahti and Merituulentie areas are a few minutes’ drive away. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
