Information about the property where the apartment is located

New right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the new Postipuisto area of North Pasila at the end of October 2024. There are a total of 94 right-of-occupancy apartments at Metsäläntie 10, with a choice for different life situations. There are two-room, three-room and four-room apartments of different sizes to choose from. The sizes of the apartments vary between 38 and 99.5 square meters.

The modern right-of-occupancy building has versatile common areas for residents to use. On the ground floor there is a house sauna, a house laundry, two club rooms and a pram storage room. In the basement there is a common waste room for the block, two drying rooms and outdoor equipment, bicycle and pram storage rooms. Some of the bicycle storage is in a cold room in connection with the parking garage, and there are also bicycle spaces in connection with the entrances. Each apartment has its own personal belongings storage room in the basement of the A-stairs.

The courtyard has plenty of play and lounge space, which is shared with the residents of the other buildings in the block. 43 undesignated spaces have been reserved for cars in the block’s shared cold parking garage, which can be accessed from the basement of the tenancy agreement building. Please note that there are only 43 parking spaces, so unfortunately, due to their scarcity, they cannot be offered for all apartments.

A new bidding round will be launched in March 2025.

The developing residential area of Postipuisto is located next to good transport connections and Helsinki Central Park. The new, urban area takes special care to ensure energy and eco-efficiency, as well as the communal nature of living. The area is characterized by various residential blocks and uniform courtyards, a park zone, and the Postivarikko community center, which is shared by the residents of the area, and which has, among other things, a gym, hobby space, and supervised exercise.

The Mall of Tripla city centre in Central Pasila offers a large number of specialist shops, restaurants and services close to home. There is a grocery store in the same block as the tenancy-rights buildings.

From Postipuisto, Pasila station is about a couple of kilometres away, and Käpylä and Ilmala stations are about a kilometre away. Pasila has excellent transport connections to the centre of Helsinki and all over Finland. Buses also run across Postipuisto, and there is also a preliminary reservation for a tram in the area. Central Pasila offers excellent outdoor and recreational opportunities all year round.

The population of North Pasila will grow to over 12,000 in the 2030s. In addition to housing, around 2,000 new jobs will be built in the area. Two daycare centres and a school will also be built in the area in the coming years.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
