Niittyportti 16, in Niittykumpu, Espoo, was completed in November 2024. It consists of two apartment buildings with a total of 82 right-of-occupancy apartments.

Residents have access to versatile common facilities: a house sauna, a club room, and a laundry and drying rooms. Storage space is available in outdoor equipment storage rooms and apartment-specific storage rooms.

The common courtyard of the block has play and recreation areas, which are for the common use of all residents.
