Modern right-of-occupancy project Vuoksi 4

Vuoksi 4 is a right-of-occupancy project with 40 apartments completed in July 2024, located in Naantali’s Luonnonmaa, south of Rymättyläntie, in the new residential area Aurinkotuuli. This two-apartment project offers a comprehensive selection of apartments, from 43 square meter two-room apartments to 86 square meter four-room apartments.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
