New comfortable rental apartments are under construction in Helsinki’s Kalasatama, in the northern part of Verkkosaari. It is a government-subsidized public rental property that follows Ara’s resident selection criteria.
The first application period for apartments is 20 November to 4 December 2024. The estimated completion date of the apartments is March 2025.
Vanha Talvitie 29 is a seven-story two-stair apartment building, where a total of 55 modern rental apartments will be completed. All apartments have either a balcony or a terrace, and one apartment even has both. The balconies are mainly located on the street side and are glazed.
