Leppäkertunkatu 2 is a new, comfortable eight-story apartment building project with a total of 48 right-of-occupancy apartments. This project will be completed in the new Kuloistenniity area on the border of Turku and Raisio in early 2026 and offers versatile living options for different life situations. The distribution of apartments includes compact studios (36.0 m²), two-room apartments (41.0 m² – 46.0 m²), three-room apartments (58.5 m² – 68.5 m²) and four-room family apartments (85.5 m²). The project is being built by Aura Rakennus and its estimated completion is 31.1.2026.

The apartments have modern equipment and comfortable interior design. Light-colored laminate floors and white-painted walls create a bright and fresh look. The kitchens are equipped with white laminate-surfaced furniture, a refrigerator-freezer, a built-in oven and a ceramic hob. All apartments have a dishwasher (width 45 cm or 60 cm, depending on the size of the apartment). Each apartment has its own spacious balcony, which provides additional space and light. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
