There is a group home on the 1st floor of building D, whose care services are provided by Rinnekodit. The 2nd floor of the building is intended for supported living. The basement floor houses the sauna department, storage rooms, and a laundry and drying facilities serving both buildings.
The basement floor of building C has a sauna department and storage rooms. The basement floor provides access to the laundry room located on the D side.
All balconies in building C are glazed. The apartments on the 2nd floor of building D have a so-called French balcony.
The parking spaces are located partly in the entire block’s common parking garage under the yard cover and partly in the yard area. Both buildings have an internal connection to the parking garage.

The applicant’s housing needs, assets and income affect the decision to receive an apartment, among other things. There are asset limits for apartments.
In senior housing, no income limits apply. Apartments are offered based on applications.
