The apartment is located on the courtyard side of the house and the glazed balcony comfortably extends the living area of the apartment well into autumn. Pappilantie 5 is located in the Oulunsalo city centre, close to services and the Kapteenia shopping centre. The apartments are intended for the elderly and special groups. A statement from a doctor or other expert must be attached to the application documents. The 1st floor of building D is a group home, where care services are provided by Rinnekodit. The 2nd floor of the building is intended for supported living. The basement has a sauna section and storage rooms, as well as a laundry and drying facilities serving both buildings. The basement floor of building C has a sauna section and storage rooms. The basement floor provides access to the laundry room located on the D side. The parking spaces are located partly in the common parking garage for the entire block under the courtyard cover and partly in the courtyard area. There is an internal access to the parking garage from both buildings. The floors of the apartments are oak laminate and the walls are painted light. All balconies in building C are glazed. The apartments on the 2nd floor of building D have so-called French balcony.
