The new right-of-occupancy apartments at Konalantie 64 are being completed in a new block area in Konala, Helsinki. The project is expected to be completed in 8/2026. A total of 115 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments will be completed in the eight-story apartment building. The first application period is 29.10 – 12.11.2025, after which there will be a continuous application for the project.
