Pappilantie 5 is located in the Oulunsalo district center, close to services and shopping center Kapteeni. The apartments are intended for the elderly and special groups. A doctor’s or other expert’s statement must be attached to the application documents.

There is a group home on the 1st floor of building D, where care services are provided by Rinnekodit. The 2nd floor of the building is intended for subsidized housing. In the basement there is a sauna section and movable storage, as well as a laundry and drying facilities serving both houses.

In the basement of building C, there is a sauna section and movable storage. There is access to the laundry room on the side of the D building along the basement floor gateway.

The parking spaces are partly located in the common parking garage of the whole block under the patio cover and partly in the courtyard area. Both houses have access to the garage from the inside.
