Resident selection follows the guidelines set by VARKE, and the aim is to offer apartments to those who need them most.
Four-floor four-room apartment with a balcony facing north. The apartment has a spacious open kitchen and living room. There is a separate wardrobe in connection with the larger bedroom, which provides additional storage space. A separate toilet and private sauna also add to the comfort of living. The apartment can be applied for by filling out an electronic rental apartment application (https://ta.fi/vuokrahakemus). Tax information for 2025 (pre-filled tax return) and salary/benefit information for the last 12 months must be submitted as an attachment to the application if requested. Applicants’ credit information will be checked. The apartment can be offered to the person who submitted their application and after receiving the offer, the apartment can be viewed.
The apartment is vacant and the reception is negotiable.
Location and environment
The apartment building, completed in 2012, is located in the popular and developing area of Pere, near Pyhäjärvi. The area offers good transport connections both by car and public transport. There are a variety of sports and outdoor activities nearby, such as the terrain of Vähäjärvi.
Services and distances
The center of Pirkkala is approximately four kilometers away and the center of Tampere is six kilometers away. Nearby is the extensive shopping center of Partola, which has plenty of services and grocery stores.
Apartments and building facilities
The apartments have laminate floors, tiled bathrooms, a sauna and some have a balcony. The building has heated storage rooms for individual apartments, a shared outdoor equipment storage room, and a children’s play area in the yard.
