A modern rental house in the developing Keimolanmäki area

Leksankuja 4 B is an apartment building with 42 rental apartments in the growing Keimolanmäki residential area of Vantaa. The first floor of the building has common areas and apartment-specific storage rooms. Residents can use the house sauna, drying room, and storage rooms for strollers and outdoor equipment.

All apartments have glazed balconies, venetian blinds, and a ceramic stove. The largest two- and three-room apartments have their own sauna. The floors in the laundry and toilet rooms are ceramic tiles, while the rest of the living areas have laminate flooring.

Keimolanmäki is being built on the west side of Hämeenlinnanväylä, near the Petikko nature and recreation area. The old Keimola motorway with its preserved control towers creates a unique architecture for the area. There is a school and a kindergarten in the area.

Kivistö train station is just over a kilometer away and the Ring Road provides convenient access to the airport and the city center of Helsinki. The Hämeenlinnanväylä offers quick connections to other parts of the capital region, both by car and public transport. The area has extensive bicycle path networks.

The diverse grocery stores Lidl and S-market, specialty stores, library, health center, dental clinic and fitness center of the Kivis shopping center are located next to Kivistö train station. You can take a break and meet friends in the restaurants and cafes of Kivis.
