A studio apartment with a sleeping alcove on the top floor of an elevator building is available for rent. Access to the east-facing balcony from the living room. The residential area has smooth connections to everyday services and transportation.

The home is well suited for those who value a practical whole and the convenience of an elevator building. Please note that the pictures in the ad are of a similar apartment on a different floor.

Our rental properties are public and have income and asset limits. We offer apartments based on applications in order of urgency.

The apartment building has 36 rental apartments. The apartments available range in size from compact 33.5 m² studios to 71.0 m² three-room family apartments.

Residents have the opportunity to use the common courtyard sauna on three plots.

The area has good services, such as a daycare center, preschool, youth center, shop, hairdresser, vegetable plots, and a home bakery.

The transport connections are good, with several bus services per hour. A couple of kilometers away, the Puijonlaakso shopping center also has a pharmacy and a library.

Julkula is a dream destination for nature lovers. The area’s excellent outdoor recreation and sports opportunities are available all year round. In winter, various jogging paths serve as the base for illuminated trails, and you can also ski on ice. The paths lead to Puijo, where many different sports events are held.

Julkula has several local sports facilities with a wide range of sports, and there are also two beaches in the area.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
