3-room townhouse apartment in a quiet area

The apartment receives light from two directions, and the floor plan is spacious. The floors are easy-care laminate, and the bathroom and separate toilet have stylish tiled walls and floors. The living room (with access to the terrace) and kitchen are located downstairs. The bedrooms, bathroom and sauna are located upstairs.

The bathroom has space for a washing machine and dryer, and there is storage space in the mirror cabinets. Additional comfort is provided by a private sauna and shower also in connection with the downstairs toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and space for a dishwasher and microwave. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
