Asgård 6 is a completely smoke-free property. Non-smoking means that smoking inside the property, on its balconies, terraces and courtyards is prohibited.
You can only smoke in a specially marked smoking area.
Especially popular with families, Kauklahti is an area of small and terraced houses, where daily services are within walking and cycling distance. In Kauklahti there is a school, a library, a few kindergartens, a grocery store and Kylä talo Palttina. The nearest large centers are Espoo center and Espoonlahti, where you can find plenty of services. For example, a shopping center in Entresse to the center of Espoo
is a distance of almost five kilometers.
Kauklahti is located in the western part of Espoo, along Ring Road III. It is about a kilometer’s walk from the Hansavalkama area to the Kauklahti train station. From the train station, you can easily reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour.
There are also bus connections from the area to different parts of Espoo and, for example, in the direction of Kirkkonummi, and traveling with your own car is also easy.
Outdoor trails in beautiful forest landscapes invite you to go outside. There are also versatile sports opportunities nearby, such as a riding school, sports fields, a football hall, a gym and club activities for young people.
