A 4-storey apartment building will be built in the Jyskä residential area, approximately 6 km from the centre of Jyväskylä in the direction of Vaajakoski, with 21 comfortable right-of-occupancy apartments. There are housing options for a wide range of living situations. The smallest apartments are two-room apartments and the largest apartment type is a six-room family apartment.

The diverse services of Vaajakoski are only 2 km away and more extensive shopping opportunities can be found in Seppälä, approximately 5 km away. The nearest school and kindergarten are located within a kilometre. There are also plenty of sports opportunities nearby; for example, the Halssila ski area and the Savonmäki ski slopes invite you to ski on beautiful winter days, and the setting for indoor activities can be found in Hutungi.

In a state-supported right-of-occupancy building, a maximum of 15 percent of the construction or acquisition costs (acquisition value) approved by the Housing Finance and Development Centre can be collected as right-of-occupancy fees. The Housing Finance and Development Centre has approved the construction costs of the property at a tax rate of 24 percent. If the construction costs of a right-of-occupancy project increase due to an increase in the VAT rate, the right-of-occupancy fees may have to be revised, but by less than 1.5%. Any revisions to the right-of-occupancy fees will be made after the property is completed. Right-of-occupancy fees will be notified to the holders of the right-of-occupancy fees in writing.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
