A residential right-of-occupancy project consisting of 26 apartment buildings and five duplex terraced houses was completed in Lentävänniemi, near the port of Halkoniemi, in 2019. The project has apartments for a variety of living situations, from efficient apartment units to spacious four-room terraced houses.

Public transport connections are smooth and have improved even further, as the project is located along a brand new tram route.

A local shop is within walking distance in Lentävänniemi, and the diverse services of Lielahti are not far away. The distance to the center of Tampere is approximately 8 km. The trip can be easily made by bus, by car, or even by cycling along the Näsijärvi route.

The building has good common facilities. Residents of the project have access to a laundry and drying room, as well as an outdoor equipment storage room, which also has space to store strollers. Each apartment has its own heated storage room for personal belongings. The terraced apartments also have their own cold storage room in front of the apartment. The apartments have tiled washrooms and laminate floors. The windows and French doors have blinds. There is a play and seating area in the yard.
