In Korvenkylä, two one-story and two two-story rowhouses of log construction have been completed, with a total of 21 apartments, as well as carports and yards. There are apartment options for different life situations: two-room apartments and three-room apartments of different sizes, as well as comfortably sized four-room apartments.

The exterior walls and facades of the houses are made entirely of natural log structures. However, the intermediate floors and the walls between the apartments are made of concrete, which accordingly achieves good sound insulation. It is therefore a “hybrid object”, where the benefits of concrete construction and log construction are combined. The form of heating is geothermal heat. The property has cable TV.

The apartments have water-circulating radiator heating and water-circulating floor heating in damp rooms. Each apartment is equipped with apartment-specific electricity and water metering. The apartments have water meters and the water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption.

Korvenkylä is located approximately nine kilometers northeast of the center of Oulu, in the immediate vicinity of Kuusamontie (Valtatie 20). The journey to the center can be conveniently made in about 10 minutes by car or public transport along Kuusamontie. Basic services can be found in neighboring areas, for example a grocery store, a daycare center and a school are located in the Hönttämäki district. The service offering expands even further when moving to Rusko, where you can find, among other things, the renewed K-Citymarket, specialty stores, a couple of sports centers and Ruskotunturi. Korvenkylä’s greatest strengths are its proximity to nature and nearby outdoor activities.

Uudiskohteissa savuttomuusehto on otettu käyttöön jo aiemmin.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.
