Metsäläntie 6b will be completed in 2021 and there are two residential apartment buildings with a total of 64 apartments.

Residents have access to versatile common spaces, such as comfortable indoor saunas on the top floor of building A, a club room and a laundry and drying room in building B, as well as plenty of storage space for bicycles and outdoor equipment. Each apartment also has its own spacious movable storage. There are spaces for cars in the block’s common parking garage. The common yard of the block has a lounge and a play area for children. In the design of the yard, special attention has been paid to lighting and green areas.

Postipuisto’s developing residential area is located next to good transport connections and Helsinki’s Keskuspuisto. In the new, urban area, energy and eco-efficiency and the sense of community in living are especially taken into account. The population of Pohjois-Pasila will increase to more than 12,000 in the 2030s. In addition to apartments, around 2,000 new jobs will be built in the area. Two kindergartens and a school will also be built in the area in the coming years.
