The right-of-occupancy apartments at Neulaniementie 8 are under construction in the developing residential area of Savilahti and are expected to be completed on July 30, 2026. Neulaniementie 8 consists of a seven-story apartment building and a carport located in the basement of the building.

Each apartment has a balcony, providing additional space and light. The smoothness of everyday life is enhanced by versatile common areas, such as outdoor equipment and stroller storage, laundry, drying room and lounge areas. In addition, each apartment has a storage room for personal belongings. The entire block has a playground and lounge area in the courtyard and a yard building with barbecue shelters. Water consumption is measured individually for each apartment. A water fee advance based on the number of people is paid for water, which is adjusted according to consumption. The washrooms have comfort floor heating, which is included in the apartment’s electricity.

Good local services and outdoor areas nearby

The centre of Kuopio is about 4 kilometres from Savilahti. The large Neulamäki recreation area is right next door, where there are many different outdoor routes and nature trails. The coastal scenery of Kallavesi is also nearby. The nearest grocery store is just over a kilometer away.

Savilahti’s services are within walking distance. The area includes a large grocery store, which is connected to a restaurant, bank and pharmacy. There are also sports and veterinary services nearby. There are several educational institutions and a university area in the Savilahti area, and the university hospital is also located nearby.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
