There are 36 rental apartments in the apartment building. Apartments of different sizes are available, from compact 33.5 m² studios to 71.0 m² three-room family apartments. Residents have the opportunity to use the shared courtyard sauna of the three plots.

The area has good services, such as a daycare center, preschool, youth center, shop, hairdresser, vegetable garden plots, and a home bakery. The transport connections are good, there are several bus lines per hour. A couple of kilometers away, the Puijonlaakso shopping center also has e.g. pharmacy and library.

Julkula is a nature walker’s dream destination. The area’s excellent outdoor recreation and sports facilities are available all year round. Many types of jogging paths serve as the base of illuminated tracks in winter, and you can also ski on ice. Along the paths you can reach Puijo, where many different sports events are organized. In Julkula, there are several local sports venues with a comprehensive selection of sports, and there are also two swimming beaches in the area.

Puijonsarventie 44 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the entire property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas. Smoking is allowed only in a possible separately designated smoking area.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
