There are great opportunities for jogging on the seashore and in the parks, and you can take a dip in the Marjaniemi beach. In the Roihuvuori sports park, you can e.g. play basketball, baseball, tennis, ice hockey and ice skating. You can quickly get to the neighboring Itäväylä by car, but you can do just fine without a car. The Siilitilie metro station is a half-kilometer walk away, and buses also take you to Herttoniemi and Itäkeskus metro stations.
