Rosalankuja 6 is a right-of-occupancy site completed in September 2016 on Borgströminmäki in Helsinki’s Kruunuvuorenranta. The site consists of four five-story buildings with a total of 76 high-quality apartments with varying layouts. Some of the apartments are equipped with their own sauna. All apartments have an accessible balcony. Some of the apartments on the top floor have large roof terraces. The site also has two house saunas shared by the residents, club rooms and a laundry. Rosalankuja 6 is part of Kruunuvuorenranta’s regional lighting art project.

Kruunuvuorenranta is a new and developing residential area in the western part of Laajasalo. The residential area near the center is characterized by wonderful seascapes, archipelago nature and beautiful park areas. The area has 6 km of coastline, three nature reserves and several nature trails. From Rosalankuja, it is about 500 meters to the seaside and about a kilometer to the Laajasalo center. Laajasalo offers all basic services with schools and daycare centers. Kruunuvuorenranta also has its own primary school, kindergartens and grocery stores planned. It is about 10 km from Kruunuvuorenranta to the center via Herttoniemi. Buses run several times an hour from Kruunuvuorenranta to Herttoniemi metro station, from where you can easily and quickly get to the city center.

Tupakointi on kiellettyä kaikissa asunnoissamme ja talojen yhteisissä tiloissa kuten rappukäytävissä sekä sauna- ja varastotiloissa.

Vuodesta 2019 lähtien tehdyissä uusissa asumisoikeussopimuksissa ja vuodesta 2020 tehdyissä vuokrasopimuksissa asukas on sitoutunut olemaan tupakoimatta kiinteistön alueella mahdollista erikseen osoitettua tupakointipaikkaa lukuun ottamatta. Uudiskohteissa savuttomuusehto on otettu käyttöön jo aiemmin.

Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.

Järjestämme jonkin verran myös yleisiä näyttöjä vapaissa asunnoissamme. Uudiskohteissa ei valitettavasti voi järjestää vastaavanlaisesti näyttöjä kuin jo valmistuneissa kohteissa.
