Rosalankuja 6 is a residential right-of-way project completed in September 2016 in Borgströminmäki, Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki. The project consists of four five-story buildings with a total of 76 high-quality apartments with varying floor plans. Some of the apartments are equipped with their own sauna. All apartments have a barrier-free balcony. Some of the apartments on the top floor have large roof terraces. The project also has two communal saunas for residents, club rooms and a laundry. Rosalankuja 6 is part of the Kruunuvuorenranta regional lighting art project.

Kruunuvuorenranta is a new and developing residential area in the western part of Laajasalo. Located near the city center, the residential area is characterized by stunning sea views, archipelago nature and beautiful park areas. The area has 6 km of coastline, three nature reserves and several nature trails. The distance from Rosalankuja to the seaside is about 500 meters and the distance to the Laajasalo Saari shopping center is about a kilometer. Laajasalo offers all basic services, including schools and daycare centers. Kruunuvuorenranta is also planning its own comprehensive school, daycare centers and grocery stores. Kruunuvuorenranta is about 10 km from the city center via Herttoniemi. Buses run several times an hour from Kruunuvuorenranta to Herttoniemi metro station, which provides convenient and fast access to the city center. As a bonus, you can now also take a ferry directly to Katajanokka throughout the year until the tram bridge is completed, after which you can take a tram across the sea to the city center.
