A cozy and homely detached house was one of the 2012 housing fair sites in Vuores, Tampere. The wooden house has parquet floors and beautiful, high-quality materials, a tiled bathroom, two separate toilets, a sauna and a large walk-in closet, as well as a warm storage room.

The placement of the windows makes use of natural light. The entrance hall has a large glass-walled green porch, which can be shaded with a movable wall panel if desired. The house is two-storey and has its own yard as well as entrances and terraces in the front and back yards. In addition, the yard of the house has two separate cold storage rooms and two parking spaces with heating sockets.

When built, the house was Finland’s first zero-energy detached house. Solar collectors on the roof of the house heat the domestic water, and solar panels on the roof and in the wall of the outdoor storage room produce electricity for the house’s own use. In addition, the house has district heating.

Surrounded by green areas and waterways, Vuores combines small-town life, closeness to nature and high-quality architecture. The area has a grocery store, a new upper and lower secondary school, a kindergarten and many outdoor and sports opportunities. Public transport connections are also good.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
