Satamatie 19 is an eight-story apartment building. Apartment-specific movable storage, a laundry and drying room, and a sauna are located on the basement floor. There is also direct access to the garage from the basement floor.
On the first floor of the house there is a storage room for outdoor equipment. Residential floors 2.-6. are identical in terms of apartment types, and the 1st, 7th and 8th floors have different layouts. There are apartments from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
