In October 2024, new right-of-occupancy apartments have been completed in the Asemantausta area of Lahti. An apartment building with a total of 32 apartments was completed at the address Vahva-Jussi lenkki 9. There are apartment options from two-room apartments to spacious four-room apartments. Duplexes are 54.5 m² in size, triangles 59.5 – 71.0 m² and squares 84.5 m². All apartments have a spacious glazed balcony.

The Vahva-Juss apartments were completed next to nature, primary school and services in the Asemantausta district. There is a grocery store and a daycare center nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Vahva-Jussi to the Lahti market and about a quarter of an hour to the Lahti Matkakeskus. The port of Vesijärvi is located less than 20 minutes on foot and about 10 minutes by bike.

The Salpausselkä sports center with its versatile sport options is located near Vahva-Jussi. In the summer, the sports center has an in-ground swimming pool, and in the winter, it offers numerous high-quality ski slopes. The Radiomäki sports field and Salpauselka’s outdoor terrains are also located right next to the area.

It’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach in Mytäjäis. Various activities for families with children can be found in Perhepuisto, which is about a 15-minute walk away.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
