You can apply for a right-of-occupancy apartment when you have an ARA issued right-of-occupancy queue number.
Based on the queue number, applicants are offered ASO apartments according to their preferences.
In right-of-occupancy apartments, an initial one-time ASO payment is made, which you get back when you move out, adjusted by the construction cost index. In an ASO apartment, you pay a monthly usage fee and can stay in the apartment for as long as you want.

To apply for a right-of-occupancy apartment, you need an ARA issued right-of-occupancy queue number. You can get the queue number quickly from ARA’s queue number service.
