Right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction at Hannes Kolehmaisen katu 17b in the Hatsala district of Kuopio. These homes are part of the Kotikatu365 concept, designed for all age groups with high-quality shared spaces and services that support well-being and everyday life.
The project includes 34 apartments with two to three rooms, ranging in size from 45–71 m². This prime location provides easy access to both Kuopio city center (1 km to the market square) and the green nature of the nearby Puijo forest (less than 2 km to the ski stadium).
