Our new resident pages have now been launched. You can log in or register for them from the button below.

Please note that you cannot log in to the new resident pages with your old username, not even by ordering a new password. You will need to create completely new accounts when registering for the first time on the resident pages.

Submit a defect report on the resident pages

You can make a defect report on the resident pages by filling out the defect report form. If your matter concerns an indoor air reclamation, you can find a separate notification form for it on our website: For residents > Defect report form.

In acute cases, please call the maintenance company’s on-call number directly.
