In Bassenkylä you live close to nature in a quiet area, within walking distance of schools, kindergartens and Kauklahti services. Kauklahti is located in the western part of Espoo, along Ring Road III. From Bassenkylä, it is about a fifteen-minute walk to the basic services of the center of Kauklahti. From the Kauklahti train station, you can comfortably reach the center of Helsinki in about half an hour, and traveling with your own car is effortless. There are also bus connections from the area to different parts of Espoo and, for example, in the direction of Kirkkonummi.

The nearest daycare center is less than a ten-minute walk away, and more daycare centers and elementary and middle schools can be found near the center of Kauklahti. Osa kiinteistöistämme on kokonaan savuttomia. Savuttomuus tarkoittaa sitä, että tupakointi on kiellettyä kiinteistössä, sen asunnoissa, parvekkeilla, piha-alueilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa.
