New right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the developing residential area of Kera in Kilo, Espoo. A 6-storey apartment building will be completed at Viilivati 2, which will have a total of 54 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are housing options for a variety of life situations, for people living alone, in pairs or larger families. The smallest apartment is a 34.5-square-meter studio and the largest are four-room apartments.

Kera’s new right-of-occupancy apartments are being completed in the regenerating Kera area, near Kera train station. Kera was previously known for the Inex logistics center and later for the Kera halls, which offer culture and sports opportunities. Gradually, the Kera Halls are making room for a new district and residential buildings. Shops, daycare centers, schools and recreational areas are planned for Kera. The area already has grocery stores, a daycare center and a large Recycling Center.

The area has good public transport connections: Kera station is a four-minute train ride to Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride to the center of Helsinki. Drivers can reach the Turku motorway and Ring Road II in no time. Good pedestrian routes also allow for walking or cycling.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
