You enter the apartment through a separate hallway, where there is ready-made storage space. The hallway also connects to the apartment’s functional bathroom. The bathroom has space for a washing machine and a dryer. The cozy living room is connected to the apartment’s balcony and kitchen. The kitchen has a floor-standing stove, cooker hood, fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as space for a microwave. Light neutral colours and materials allow you to decorate the apartment exactly how you want. The apartment has laminate flooring and the bathroom walls and floors have ceramic tiles. The apartment’s matt white blinds increase privacy. The apartment’s bedroom also has ready-made storage space. Kera’s new homes in Espoo – Viilivati 2 & Maitovadinkatu 11
A new residential block has been completed in the developing Kera area of Espoo, featuring both rental and right-of-occupancy apartments. The right-of-occupancy and rental apartments are part of a block of several houses, which share a green courtyard with a seating and play area. The nearby Kera train station is just a four-minute train ride from Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride from the center of Helsinki.
