New right-of-occupancy apartments are under construction in the developing residential area of Kiloon Kera in Espoo.
First application period 22.5 – 5.6.2024, after which continuous application!
A 6-story apartment building will be completed at Viilivati 2, with a total of 54 right-of-occupancy apartments. There are housing options for a wide variety of life situations, both for those living alone or in pairs or for larger families. The smallest apartment is a 34.5-square-meter studio apartment and the largest four-room apartments.
Kera’s new right-of-occupancy apartments are being built in the regenerating Kera area, near the Kera train station. Kera has previously been known for the Inex logistics center and later for the Kera halls offering culture and sports opportunities. Gradually, Keran Hallit makes room for a new district and residential buildings. Stores, daycare centers, schools and recreational facilities are planned for Kera. Already in the area there are, for example, grocery stores, a daycare center and a large Recycling Center.
The area has good public transport connections: from Kera station it is a four-minute train ride to Leppävaara and a 20-minute ride to the center of Helsinki. Motorists can get to the Turku motorway and Ring Road II in no time. Good light traffic routes also enable movement on foot or by bike.
