Opistokuja 16 is located in the new Puijonkuppe residential area near the city center. Rental apartments are located in the A-staircase and right-of-occupancy apartments in the B- and C-staircases. The forests in the area are classified as park, outdoor, recreational, landscape and shelterbelt forests, as well as nature reserves. The area has good berry and mushroom picking terrain. Puijo has, among other things, three nature trails and outdoor trails serve as the basis for various lengths of ski runs, some of which are demanding, in winter.
