Comfortable terraced and loft apartment buildings completed in May and August 2019 in the Bassenkylä single-family housing area of Kauklahti. In Bassenkylä, you live close to nature in a quiet area, within walking distance of schools, daycare centers and Kauklahti services.

The Fickenkuja 2 and 4 right-of-occupancy property has two two-story loft apartment buildings and one two-story terraced house, a total of 26 apartments. There are comfortable apartments to choose from for different life situations, from two-room apartments to four-room family apartments. The apartments are 47.5 – 99.0 m² in size.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
