There are housing options for different life situations: two- and three-room apartments of different sizes, as well as comfortable four-room apartments. The yard buildings house a laundry and drying room, an outdoor equipment storage room, and movable storage rooms. The site has 40 carports and 10 open spaces. The site is non-smoking.

Unlike modern construction, the houses in Kaakkuri have a special feature: gravity ventilation and a solid brick frame. In some of the apartments, the brick wall has been left visible as a decorative element. The heating system is district heating. The site has cable TV.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
