Two apartment buildings have been completed in Kaakkuri, Kiviharju area, with a total of 40 cozy rental apartments. There are housing options for different life situations: two- and three-room apartments of different sizes and comfortable four-room apartments. The yard buildings house a laundry and drying room, an outdoor equipment storage room and movable storage rooms. The site has 40 carport spaces and 10 open spaces. The site is non-smoking.

Unlike modern construction, the Kaakkuri houses have a special feature: gravity ventilation and a solid brick frame. In some of the apartments, the brick wall has been left visible as a decorative element. The heating system is district heating. The site has cable TV.

The apartments have water-circulating radiator heating and water-circulating underfloor heating in wet areas. Each apartment is equipped with individual electricity and water metering. The apartments have water meters and water billing is adjusted annually according to actual consumption.

The residential floors of buildings A and B are identical in terms of apartment types. All apartments have a sauna and glazed balconies. The windows have venetian blinds. The interior walls of the apartments have been painted. Building A has vinyl plank floors and building B has laminate floors. The walls of the bathrooms are tiled with white tiles and the floors with grey tiles.

Kiviharju, located in the eastern part of Kaakkur, is a residential area with mostly single-family houses, which is well suited for families with children, for example. The nearest daycare center and the Tikkapuisto playground are located almost next door, and the nearest shop is just over a kilometer away. The Kaakkur school and the services of the Kaakkur center are just under a couple of kilometers away, which can be covered by bicycle.

There are excellent outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities nearby. Kaakkurin Liikuntamaa has, among other things, fitness and mountain bike trails and fitness stairs. Transport connections are functional by car, bike or public transport.

The property has a property broadband, the basic speed of which is included in the rent. You can get the connection by registering it through the operator. You can check the basic speed of your own house’s connection directly on the operator’s website and, if you wish, you can also order an even faster connection for a separate additional price.

This is an Arava and interest subsidy property, and in the selection of residents we follow the resident selection criteria set by the Government. Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
