A three-room apartment with a sauna on the first (1/4) floor of a quiet tenancy building. There is access to a north-facing glazed balcony from the living room. Two toilets make everyday life easier. The apartment is available free of charge and reception is by appointment.

A 27-apartment right-of-occupancy building completed in 2018 in the Haukiluoma residential area of Tampere. The four-story apartment building with an elevator has apartments ranging from compact two-room apartments to more spacious three-room apartments. The apartments are 45.5–71 m² in size.

The apartments have tiled bathrooms and laminate floors, as well as private saunas and glazed balconies. The balconies of most apartments face north, and the balconies of the two-room apartments with a living room and kitchen face both north and south. The windows of the apartments have venetian blinds. Some apartments have a walk-in closet for additional storage space.

The building has good common facilities. Residents have access to heated storage rooms for personal belongings, drying rooms and strollers on the first floor of the building, as well as outdoor equipment storage and laundry.
