Kvartsitie 1 is a right-of-occupancy property consisting of four apartment buildings with a total of 106 apartments. The apartments are located in the Pähkinälehto area, about a kilometer from the center of Söderkulla.

Residents have access to a house sauna, from the dressing room of which you can cool off on a glazed balcony. Good services and outdoor activities right nearby

In the center of Söderkulla there are also grocery stores, a library, a community college and a pharmacy.

The surroundings of nearby Lake Taasjärvi have great jogging and skiing terrain as well as a beach and an open-air swimming area. Also nearby are a frisbee golf course and a floorball hall. The local center of South Sipoo, Söderkulla, offers an excellent setting for peaceful small-town living close to services and nature. Söderkulla is conveniently located along the new Porvoontie and Porvoonväylä highways. The Sipoo municipal center, Nikkilä, is about ten kilometers away and the center of Helsinki is about 30 kilometers away.

From Söderkulla, you can quickly reach Helsinki, Porvoo and even the airport via the motorway. Bus connections both within Sipoo and to Helsinki are good.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
