The second location of the elementary school and the Swedish-language school are located in the center of Söderkulla, where you can easily reach them by walking or by bike along the light rail. The center of Söderkulla also has, for example, grocery stores, library, civic college and pharmacy. More services can be found at the municipal center in Nikkilä. Outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities are excellent in Söderkulla. In the surroundings of the nearby Taasjärvi there are great jogging and skiing terrains, as well as a beach and an open-air swimming spot. Nearby are also e.g. frisbee golf course and indoor bandy hall.

The local center of Etelä-Sipoo, Söderkulla, offers an excellent setting for peaceful small-town living close to services and nature. Söderkulla is conveniently located along the new Porvoontie and Porvoonväylä. It is about ten kilometers to Sipoo municipal center Nikkilä and about 30 kilometers to the center of Helsinki. From Söderkulla, you can quickly reach Helsinki, Porvoo and, for example, the airport via the highway. Bus connections both within Sipo and to Helsinki are good.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

Check out the apartment before making a decision

You can view the apartment first and then decide whether you want to make a contract with us. If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
