A lovely two-room apartment is available in a building built in 2020. The large windows in the living room bring light and space to the already efficiently used square meters in the apartment. A glazed balcony adds coziness to the apartment.

Ruususenrinne 2 was built in 01/2020. There are 61 apartment buildings. Apartments range from studios to square meters, ranging in size from 35.5 to 93.5 m².

The Siilitilie metro station is just over half a kilometer away on foot, and buses also take you to the Herttoniemi and Itäkeskus metro stations.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.
