There are a variety of apartments for different life situations. There are choices from two- and three-room apartments of various sizes to four-room apartments, with square footage varying between 51.5 m² and 79 m².
Each apartment has its own glazed balcony and a spacious separate hallway. In these apartments without a sauna, the square footage has been completely used for residential use. The apartments are heated using a water-circulating underfloor heating system, so there are no radiators under the windows. In this case, the entire apartment can be freely decorated.
Cozy living in the heart of Naantali city center
The apartments are located from the second floor upwards. On the ground floor there are two commercial spaces, a waste room, outdoor equipment storage rooms and apartment-specific movable storage rooms. The residents of the tenancy agreement building have access to a green and lush private yard on the roof of the first floor, which is accessible from the stairwell. There are cultivation boxes on the patio deck for residents to use and they can be used for cultivation courses, for example. It is also possible to organize other activities in the yard, such as exercise classes.

All important services are within easy reach. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and health center almost next to the house. Larger grocery stores are a few hundred meters away. Naantali market square, the magnificent old town and the seaside are less than a kilometer away on foot. For those who like exercise, there is a sports hall, an ice rink, a fitness track, a tennis court and swimming beaches nearby. Naantali Spa and Moominworld are also nearby.
The city has good transport connections: there is a new bus terminal and a taxi station nearby. It is only fifteen minutes to the center of Turku and about ten minutes to Raisio.
Contrary to the information and images in the brochure, the wooden grilles on the balconies could not be installed due to a ban by the fire authorities.
