the lease agreement can be made for a fixed term of up to two years.
Despite the fixed term, the tenant has the right to terminate the lease agreement with three months’ notice. If there is no demand for the apartment as a right-of-occupancy apartment at the end of the two-year fixed-term lease agreement, the lease agreement can be extended.
The rent for the apartment is €1,158/month, and we also charge a security deposit of two months’ rent.
