A generously sized triangle with a kitchen and living room forming a spacious, unified living space is available in Patenimenranta from 1 July. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, as well as space for a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has access to a glazed balcony that runs the entire width of the apartment. In the hallway there is a utility room and a clothes rail for outdoor clothing. The bathroom has a shower, toilet facilities and space for a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms have wardrobes. A separate toilet adds to the living comfort. A private sauna completes the whole.
New rental apartments have been completed in Pateniemi, Patenimenranta, Oulu in November 2024. The site has a total of 43 comfortable rental homes. The sizes of the apartments vary from compact two-room apartments to spacious square meters. With the exception of the smaller two-room apartments, all apartments have their own sauna. Glazed balconies add more space to the apartments.
Redi 2 B is located right by the sea, in the developing Patenimenranta residential area in Pateniemi. The area offers great opportunities to enjoy marine nature and recreational opportunities in beautiful outdoor landscapes. The Patenimenranta outdoor fitness park is also nearby, and the Patenimen sports center is about 1.5 kilometers away.
The Pateniemi area has good local services. The nearest daycare center and playground are only a few hundred meters away, and the primary school is about 1.5 kilometers away and the secondary school is just over a kilometer away. The nearest grocery store is just over a kilometer away and there are more shops a couple of kilometers away. The shops at Ideapark are about four kilometers away. The center of Oulu can be reached in about fifteen minutes by car and half an hour by bike.
This is an Arava and interest subsidy project, and we follow the criteria set by the Government when selecting residents. The housing need, assets and income of the applicant’s household affect the selection of an apartment. There are income and asset limits for the apartments.
