Each apartment has glazed balconies, which brings additional space and light to the apartment. The windows have venetian blinds. The neutral surface materials of the apartments allow for a unique interior design. The floors of the apartments are laminate and the walls are painted. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic floor stove. The two-room apartments have a refrigerator-freezer cabinet, while the larger apartments have a separate refrigerator and freezer cabinet. The floors in the laundry room, sauna and toilets are tiled. The laundry rooms have space for a washing machine and a dryer. All three-room apartments have their own sauna.

The site’s drying room, club and craft room, and outdoor and sports equipment storage are located in the basement. In addition, the movable property storage is mainly located in the basement of the building, excluding the storage rooms for apartments C1-C11, which are located in the basement of As Oy Oulun Figaro. The first floor of Figaro also houses the sauna facilities shared by both buildings.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.
