The hallway has a utility cupboard and a clothes rail for outdoor clothing. The bathroom has a laundry cupboard, shower and toilet facilities and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has access to a walk-in closet.
New rental apartments have been completed in February 2025 near the diverse services of Limingantulli in Oulu. Rautionkatu 14 is a five-story apartment building with a total of 45 apartments. The smallest two-room apartments are 36.5 square meters in size and the largest three-room family apartments are 73.5 square meters in size.
Each apartment has glazed balconies, which brings additional space and light to the apartment. The windows have venetian blinds. The neutral surface materials of the apartments allow for a unique interior design. The floors of the apartments are laminate and the walls are painted. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic floor stove. The two-room apartments have a refrigerator-freezer cabinet, while the larger apartments have a separate refrigerator and freezer cabinet. The floors in the laundry room, sauna and toilets are tiled. The laundry rooms have space for a washing machine and a dryer. All three-room apartments have their own sauna.
The site’s drying room, club and craft room, and outdoor and sports equipment storage are located in the basement. In addition, the movable property storage is mainly located in the basement of the building, excluding the storage rooms for apartments C1-C11, which are located in the basement of As Oy Oulun Figaro. The first floor of Figaro also houses the sauna facilities shared by both buildings.
A waste and bicycle storage room and a bicycle shed are located in the common yard area. In addition, there is also a bicycle storage room in the basement of the building, where maintenance and washing facilities are located. 32 parking spaces and one motorcycle space in the underground garage have been reserved for the use of the site’s residents.
