The new right-of-occupancy apartments at Konalantie 64 are located in a new block area in Konala, Helsinki. The eight-story building has a total of 115 high-quality right-of-occupancy apartments.The project will be completed on August 27, 2026.

All apartments have a glazed balcony and a dishwasher as standard equipment. Some apartments also have their own sauna or walk-in closet, which adds luxury to everyday life.

Please note that the residential floors of A-stairs are 2-8 floors, the residential floors of B-stairs are 2-7 floors, the residential floors of C-stairs are 2-7 floors and the residential floors of D-stairs are 1-7 floors, i.e. the top floor of D-stairs is the 7th floor, not the 8th.

New residential block next to Konala’s services

Konala is located on the corner of Ring Road I and Vihdintie near the border between Espoo and Vantaa. The new residential block will be completed next to a park, close to green walking paths.

Just a few hundred meters from the apartments is the Ristikko shopping center, which has a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and a gym. The block will also have a daycare center, making the area excellent for families with children.

The area has good transport connections, both by car and public transport. Ring Road I offers quick connections to Espoo and Eastern Helsinki, and Vihdintie provides access to Ring Road III. Bus number 30 takes you to Myyrmäki and via Pitäjänmäki train station all the way to Kamppi. The Konalantie stop also provides access to other directions, such as Malminkartano and Eira.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments and in common areas of the buildings, such as stairwells, saunas and storage rooms.

In new right-of-occupancy agreements made since 2019 and in rental agreements made since 2020, the tenant has committed to not smoking in the property area, except for a possible separately designated smoking area. In new properties, the smoking-free condition has already been introduced earlier.

Some of our properties are completely non-smoking. Non-smoking means that smoking is prohibited in the property, its apartments, balconies, courtyards and common areas.

If you have accepted an offer for a right-of-occupancy apartment, we will try to arrange for you to view the apartment during the offer round. We also arrange some general viewings in our vacant apartments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange viewings in properties under construction in the same way as in properties that have already been completed.
